如果逾期（黑下来了），还可以与130等同时办回美证（131）吗？怎么邻居说不能办呢？
-Yes, if they file I-485. But they will be banned to enter U.S. within 3 year or 10 year when they leave U.S. before they get the GC if their unlawful presence is > 180 days or > one year.
