关于绿卡申请过程中的几个问题？

1) ETA APPROVAL目前需要花多长时间?
2)ETA APPROVAL后，fill and submit I40 and I485需要等多长时间,然后多长时间后能受到receipts? 看网上的人说1007年递交的申请，到现在还没有接到receipts? horrible!
