请教皮匠，863211，及给父母办过绿卡的各位朋友：我准备给父母办绿卡，有几个问题想请教。
1：父母在美身份逾期居留，且签证上有备注：no AOS or COS（adjust/change of status)，忘了是哪一个。这种情况下，申请绿卡希望大吗？父母本意是不想办，怕被拒后损失几千块。我觉得机会是一半一半，因为读过皮匠的关于AOS，EOS，COS的文章，觉得也不是不可能。请问有没有朋友的父母签证上有如此备注，但绿卡申请成功的？
-I do not think thisa will be a problem because USCIS and CBP are in two separate systems and they can not care about each other in this circumstance. I have known several people like your parents got their GC.

2：如果因为这个备注绿卡申请被拒，会是拒在130还是485，在不是同时递交130和485的情况下。

3：目前情况下，父母绿卡多久会批，
-Normally 6 months to one year, case by case.
是否肯定会被面试。
-Yes, normally family based GC application will be interviewed.
