stupid question about Canada

Hello Everyone! I have a stupid question about Canada Immigration.

I just plan to immigrate to Canada, but have no idea about the process and benifit at all. Is there anyone who can give me any information? Or which website can I use for searching for these kinds of info? Especially, after getting the immigration permission, what should I do? What is the benifit if I want to go to USA later?
