7月大潮递的140，485背拒，现无法再延H1问题是，必须离开美国，
孩子（H4，16岁，当时也递了485）可以单独申请F1吗？
-He can try, but it may be difficult because of the I-485 filing (immigration intent). But if he has no choice, just try it and you never know what will happend. Maybe he will be lucky.

有什么好办法能继续让孩子在美读书？
-I can not see any other ways. By the way, why don't try to file I-485 motion to reopen/reconsideration to see whether you can save the I-485?
