第一个有点问题，
(1) 我知道我等拿到公民纸后应该马上就申请改地址和告诉USCIS我已经是公民, 请问具体该怎么做呢?
-Send a letter to National Visa center (NVC) to request to upgrade your I-130 from F2A to immediate relative after you become a US citizen. You need to provide the copies of the I-130 approval notice and your naturalization certificate with this letter to NVC

我们是转到NBC(national benefits center) 不是转到NVC(national visa center)?

这样我们要把更新的信件寄到哪个地方了？还是说还是寄到NVC?
