Qs for 863211 and Pjiang

filed 824-follow-to-join(EB1b)for my daughter in China, she got her immigration visa and is coming to US,
1. when she will get her physical Green Card after she arrived in US?
does she needs to report to CIS after she arrived in US, or just wait ?
2. How she can get her SSN number, she needs go to SS office or just wait?
