我在两年前递交了工作绿卡EB-2的485.同时申请了EAD和AP.其间换了雇主. 并用了一次AP.现在的EAD今年八月到期. 现在想申请婚姻绿卡, 决定自己办.但被485的几个基本问题卡住.
1. What is my Current USCIS Status? ( Parolee, Applicant for Adjustment of Status, or I485 pending? ) People tell me different things.
-"Adjustment of Status" is appropriate.

2. 紧接着的空格:Expires on: Shall I put down the expiration date on EAD card? or Shall I say N/A, since as long as my previous 485 is pending I can always renew EAD. Or should I put down the date the officer put on my I-94 when I entered the US, which is Aug, 28 2009? ( I used AP at the time )
-"N/A" is better. You can fill your A# from your previous I-485 in this new I-485 form so that USCIS will link all your information together and not be confused.

3. For the Visa ( when, where, etc.) related questions in Part II, shall I put down N/A for all of them, Since I used AP? or should I put down the info from the last Visa before that?
-May just fill "Advance Parole" instead of a specific visa (actually your last entry is not with a visa but AP). USCIS know what Advanced parole is, anyway.

4. Also Part II, for " in What status did you last enter?" should I put down Parolee?
-"Parolee" is correct.
