Thanks very much for your answer. Please allow me to ask one more question. My EAD will expire in Dec. 2010. Does it mean I can go back to China any time before the expiration date to apply for the H1-B entry
visa?
-Correct.

The visa I get will be multi-entry or single entry. If multi-entry, how long will it be valid?
-The H1 visa issued to PRC citizen in Mainland China are two entry with validity for 3 months.

Is there way for me to get back to H1-B status inside USA?
-Yes, file the change of status (I-539) again as you did before from F1 to h1.
