EB2　I140 已批，485已交。
EB1b 的 I140 12月初被拒，12月30日appeal ted.

EB1b 只交过140，没交485，但在交 140 的petition Letter 里要求relink 基于EB2的485, 结果在12月底还收到一份485的RFE, 要求补employment letter.

我的问题是:
(1) EB1b 的 I140　被拒结果会不会影响EB2 的485申请？
-No.

(2) EB1b 的appeal，　律师还没有给tracking number,不知道，移民局收到后，我的EB1b case 状态会变成什么？pending? or appealing? or still decline?
-Depend on what the result is. Appeal may take more than one year to get the result and during this period of time, your case should be considered Appearling after you get the receipt.

(3) 这个I485的RFE　submission deadline是1月20日，不知道是否等到EB1b 的 I140　的状态变成 pending? 后 会不会安全些？
-You have to response to the RFE before the deadline, and it has nothing to do with your EB1b I-140.

(4) 这个I485的RFE，说明什么问题？说明relink成功？但是我的EB1b 的 I140没过呀！
-Irrelevant. It is just regular I-485 RFE.

(5) 在准备这个I485的RFE时，有没有必要提醒一下，这个I485是基于EB2的，怎样确保他们不要把这个 485 给错拒了.
-Not need. USCIS has all your information in the system.

(6) 还要注意哪些问题？
