我进一步的问题是如果是F1身份，我是否需要再向学校索取相应的I20表？（我现在手上有有效的EAD卡，但没有相应的I20，我若回国签H1B，需要这份I20吗？）,
-If you go back to China and apply for the H1 visa to come back, you do not need any I-20 anymore, and just bring the necessary documents for the h1 visa application. After you enter U.S. with H1 visa, your status will be H1.
