我在网上查了一下，都说Employment Based 的绿卡申请不需要填Form I-864，可信上有说要，到底需不需要准备？
-Provide the required documents and it is the principle.

还有就是他要most rencent year 的tax return，但我面试是1月15日，到那时我公司还没有给我2009的W-2，给2008年的行吗？
-Yes. Give them the latest 3 year tax return (2006, 2007 and 2008)

最后就是Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status. 实在搞不懂，我的绿卡是公司给我sponsor的，我找谁要Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status？
