-No. If your current 6 year H limit is over and you have not extended your h1 before your current h1 expires, you can not extend it anymore in the future even if your approved I-140 is still valid. So, you only have one chance here: extend your h1 beyond the 6 year h1 limit for another 3 years before 03/02/10 (either with your current employer or a new employer). After you get another H1 status extension, you can do h1 transfer or extend it again and again if your I-140 ia still valid (not cancelled).


and redo perm and !-140, otherwise(I mean old company cancel my I-140) I can not swicth H1B for ever,even new company want to give me H1B, right?
