回复：140 approved, 麻烦来了！

EB1A 140 just 放水approval，xdjms加油吧，都有希望！

在学校交的140，后因没有经费， 转至一小公司，因给工资极低，所以职位title 很低（tech level)，因不想身份有gap,只好接受，现在140 approval，问题来了：

如果现在file 485, employment letter 是必须的吗？
-USCIS will ask you this letter soon or later after you file I-485.

如"是",那因极低title, 会被拒吧？有什么建议吗？
-I think you may not file I-485 until you find a high level job if you have no status problem.

如公司出具employment letter，说scientist position will be offered when Green card approved, 会有问题吗？
-Technically, it is OK, but who knows what the IO (USCIS) think?

现在的首要任务是不是换工作呀？
-Anytime the 首要任务 is to find a good job, isn't it?

140 approval 后，多长时间内必须file 485?
-No time limit. You can file I-485 anytime as long as the PD is still current.
