863211 and Pjiang,another question ,please help again

my case is, 1-140 approval and waiting for 485, but my boss can not renew my H1B ,becase he can not give me the raise for my wage that is lower than prevailing wage,my H1B will be expired on 03/02/10 for 6 year period, my fiance is canadian and has H1B that started 10/01/09, if we marry , can I transfer to H4? H serial visa is accounted total 6 year,no matter H4 or H1B? if I can transfer H4, can I look for job and re-apply H1B?thanks a lot
