-No. If you stayed in China continously less than 6 months (at one time), it will not interrrupt your physical presence duration for the US citizenship application even if your 前后回国7个月的时间 or more. So, you still can apply for your US citizenship in March 2011 (5年后入籍是在2011年3月). Actaully, you can file your application in December 2010 (three months in advance). By the way, 5年后入籍 is not affected by your marriage existence or not.
