回复：也问父母移民问题--这个问题有一定普遍性，请大师给个权威答复

最近看了很多问父母移民的帖子，好像有一定的普遍性，也希望大师和热心人给个权威答复。
1）父母一块办时，是否父亲需要办理出生, 而母亲不需要办理出生公证？
-Both need to provide 出生公证.

还是父亲需要办理婚姻公证，
-Yes, based on the I-130 instructions. But some people got the green card without this document. For the safe reason, this document should be provided.

母亲不需要办理婚姻公证？
-Correct.

他们分别办理又如何要求呢？
-生公证 should contain birth date, birth place and parents' names.
2）父亲办理出生公证，的确存在拆迁、搬家、户口本变更等等问题，没有门路或者关系开不出证明的问题，因而无法公证，
-让派出所，工作单位的人事部门，街道居民委员会或农村的乡镇政府出个证明，然后去公证.
If you can not get such a 证明, you also can ask your parents' elder relatives or friends to provide a oath letter to prove your parents' marriage or birth date (such as your grandparents' names, etc.), and 公证 this oath letter.

但他的儿子的出生公证实际上已经解决了他们的关系，这种情况下，有没有不能提供父亲出生公证，也有办成移民的例子呢，请有经验的大师和过来人说明一下
