--The problem is that IF you are enrolled in classes, you are NOT suppose to be on OPT at all. So how do you resolve that one?

Actually, I have finished all requirement of graduation on Oct, but official graduation until Dec, 2009, in the final semester, I only register two credits for research. I begin to start pre-OPT from Oct to Dec, but I am also maintained GRA during this periods, because I have dissertation revised for submission and for publication。after Dec 18, I am using post OPT.
my question is that during the pre-OPT, I also maintained GRA from Oct 9 to Dec 18, it is legal to work more than 20 hours per week, and receive my payment from Both University, one from University that I am do Pre_OPT, another one from original University.

---Was this part-time? OPT is NOT CPT. OPT is Only for when you are not enrolled in classes.
