请问我给哥哥办绿卡，现在收到I130 approval,下一步该做什么？

是该file I485 了吗？

I130上写着：

NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. It asl determins which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.

这个看着糊涂，是不是要等NVC联系我呢？
