我的绿卡十年有效也没有CONDITIONAL字样.但是485面试的时候,移民官让我们签了一份"NOTIFICATION OF SECTION 216 TO PERSON FILING FOR SPOUSE IF MARRIED LESS THAN TWO YEARS WHEN ADJUSTED" 这张表说拿到临时绿卡后要FILE I-751.
-USCIS usually issue a permanent card (not conditional one) to you if your marriage is more than two years when your I-485 is approved. So, you do not need to file this form if are offered a permanent green card (十年有效, renewable ferever) even if the officer gave the form to you.

但第一张绿卡就是这张十年有效的.

我要申请I751吗?不会是移民局搞错了,如果我不FILEI-751,不会有麻烦吧?
-When you were interviewed, the officer had not decided whether you would be issued a conditional card or permanent card and of course he/she gave the form to you. You just ignore this form and will hav eno problem.

还是常有申请人直接拿非CONDITIONAL的绿卡?

另外,这种情况下,我仍然是在绿卡批准三年后申请公民吗?
