我由于和老婆吵架，老婆call了911，现在案子已经dismiss掉了。但在出事当天我被押到警察局，并打了指模，我是不是已经有了arrest的记录，我怎样才能把记录删掉？

另外，我在以后的绿卡申请表格有无犯罪记录这条怎么填？

会不会受到影响。
-It should not be a problem. But tell your wife not do it again and it is not kidding to call 911 for such a simple famliy argument in U.S.
