priority date的问题

NIW PD 10/14/2008
EB1B submitted in June of 2009 and approved in December of 2009
485 approved but the priority date on the welcome notice is 10/14/2008. Is the priority date on the welcome notice right? If it is not, would it bring much trouble in the future? Thanks.
