Did IO have question about your mother's birth certificate? Or had question about your (as a petitioner's) birth certificate, to verify the parent/child relationship? I have the household register, but I recently "迁回" from 本科大学, and it shows that. IO may question that.

By the way, did you submit the additional evidence to the local office later, or have to mail them?
