You only need to file one Form I-130 for your sister and your sister's family memebers will be as the derivative status of your sister to get the GC together with your sister. So, you just need to sponsor your sister of the I-130 and list your sister's hu*****and's and kids' names in the Form I-130. Of course, you just need to pay one I-130 filing fee.
