回复：7岁的孩子办回美的白皮书到底需不需要要打指模?

看填表的instruction说14岁以下不用,但是今天收到移民局的信,说需要带上绿卡,身份证等去biometrics,所以就比较困惑.
有申请过的朋友请指点,谢谢.
-Technically the kid does not need to do the fingerprinting, but if USCIS ask the kid to do that, you had better ask him/her to do it. Arguement of this thing may result in delay of the application approval.
