紧急求助！！！我妈妈的B2延期被拒，我申请了入籍，但还没面试。有没有必要给我妈申请I-290B?
-I do not think it will be helpful to file I-290B (only save some time but it is difficult to win)

如果我妈妈不回去，签证过期后等我入籍再给她申请green card (我不工作，要我老公作担保）会不会有问题？
-It should be fine as long as your family income can meet the requirement to sponsor your mother GC application.
