we checked her approval letter, it does not have that part in the right down conner,it is just approval letter, so how she should do ?
-That means her h1 application is not approve fully and her H1 status is not valid yet. She needs to stop working and go to US-Canada border (go out US and come back immediately) to get the H1 I-94 to activate her H1 status immediately. Then, she can go to China later.
