1. 我现在的情况是140批准,485 pending,原来是H1B,但是已经失业4个月. 请问申请AP的时候,是否会触发移民局要求现在的工作证明?
-No. It is irrelevant between AP application and 要求现在的工作证明.

2. 我是否应该把原来的H1B批准的Notice递交上去?
-Not need for AP application. Providing I-485 receipt is enough.

现在失业这么久,应该已经失效了.

3. 131 Form Instruction 上说, "for emergent personal or bona fide business reasons" 才可以申请AP. 现在我想申请AP,应该怎么样说明这个问题?
-there are different types of AP. For the AP based on pending I-485, you do not need to have emergency, just say you need to visit China/family memeber (e.g. aprents, brothers, sisters, etc.) and that is enough.
