现在是AOS状态申请AP。申请资料中需要一份证明现在身份的文件，
-Your I-485 receipt is enough.

请问是否要交H1B的I-797复印件？
-if the I-797 is still valid, it not hurt you to provide it. If it expired, not need to provide it.

问题是I-131的说明中又强调H1B签证持有者不用申请AP。不知道大家是如何处理的。
-As long as your I-485 is pending, you can apply for AP no matter what your status is. You do not have to use AP for international travel if your current status is H1/H4 or L1/L2 (it is your option to use AP or H/L visa in this case).
