学校要求在春季开学之前做好身份转换，比如提交F1转H4的材料；
-As long as you send out the I-539 for change of status from F1 to h4 before the end of Feb. 2010, you have no problem in your status (you have a grace period of 60 days after you finished your F1 study).

LG公司的律师意思是说拿了EAD卡后，应该没有问题，可我们刚刚才把材料给移民律师，估计很难在春季开学前拿到EAD卡了，犹豫中。。。
-You do not need to get the EAD if you do not want to work. As long as USCIS receive your application for change of status, you are OK.
