回复：How to fill form (485) to change address

My 485 is pending. On-line I filled AR-11. During filling form for case 485 I’m not very clear what to fill:
- Should select “-- Applicant or Petitioner”?
-Choose "Applicant"

No place to fill attorney name?
-Not need to fill attorney name because it is not his/her business.

- Beneficiary? Should be my name?
-Your name or leave it blank (Applicant = beneficiary in this case).

For my child's case, Beneficiary Should be kid's name?
-Yes or leave it blank . Also choose "Applicant" for your kid because the I-485 is for a specific individual (the applicant of your kid's I-485 is your kid).
