家人刚到广州，在去深圳的车上，行李被盗，所有证件丢失，绿卡，护照等，请问该如何补办绿卡。谢谢
-Get a new passport in China. Then, bring the passport and the evidence of his/her US lawful permanent residency (e.g. copy of the green card, I-485 approval notice, Welcome letter, etc.) to U.S. Guangzhou Consulate to get a Transportation Letter to return to U.S. Then, file Form I-90 to get a replacement/duplicate of the green card.
