1。pijiang的blog里说到AP 有 2 张(TSC) 或 3 张(NSC)，TSC和NSC是什么？有什么区别？我收到的是2张纸，那就是TSC咯？
A: TSC and NSC are USCIS service centers. TSC is in Texas, and NSC is in Nebraska. There are another 2 service centers located in Vermont and California.


2。我的I-94,B1 visa都过期了，AP就相当于visa的话，我离开美国的时候，I-94就不需要给航空公司了？入中国海关的时候，给他们看什么？我的visa还是AP?
A: You still need to surrender your I-94 when you leave US. When you enter US, I don't think they care about your visa.


3。pijiang的blog里说“入境时，CBP 通常会收走你所有的 AP，然后只退回给你一张上面盖了戳的”，就是说回美国的时候，我这两张都会被收走，CBP在其中一张上盖章，然后退给我？海关会不会为难我不让我入境？有没有人拿AP被海关拒绝入境过？
A: Yes, they will give you back one AP with a stamp.


4。我现在这种情况，如果回国，会不会影响I-485的批准？
A: I don't know what you are referring to by saying "my current situation". I don't think it will affect your I-485 just because of your short visit to China.
