H-1B被裁了今天超过180天了。有个公司对俺很感兴趣，不过是不是即使给了Offer也根本没法办H-1B tansfer 或者新H-1B了？
-The new company still can file the H1 petition for you if your old H1 i-94 does not expire yet. But you most likely will get the h1 transfer approved without I-94 and thus, you need to go out of US to get H1 visa to activate it.
