急问：请教大师关于兄妹移民，移民局来信补充材料的问题

刚收到移民局来信，要求补充2份材料，原文如下：

A photocopy of the Household or Village Registry reflecting the entry of the child and a photocopy of the booklet issued by the province's health department reflecting the child's name, gender, date of birth, and both parents' names.

第一份是户口复印件已经公正，

第二份是兄妹俩人的卫生部们出生证复印件，而且上面要显示是共同父母名字，问题是国内并没有出身纸，那到底因该怎么办？公正什么材料才对。
