我朋友儿子因移民局错误的年龄计算造成485被据， 已于5个月前APPEAL， 到现在还没有结果.
-It takes some time for USCIS to process the I-485 motion to reopen (MTR)/reconsideration. he may contact USCIS for the case status after 6 months from the MTR filing.
请问他的CASE会按EB3的排期吗
-The kid's I-485 will use the same 排期 as your friend's 排期 (EB1, EB2/EB3).
