My daughter: need H4 from US?

One question:

My child went back to China from US with J2 visa half year ago. Because I changed my visa from J1 to H1 in US, She has to apply for H4 visa to US again. Do I need to apply for H4 visa(I-797 form) for my daughter in USA, and send back to China for apply for visa ? or I just send back my own H1 visa (797 form) to her, and she applys for H4 visa in China with my H1 visa ? Thanks a lot.
