本人485已批, 老婆的485要求补件. AP及EAD均未批. 现岳父突然病故, 需紧急回国. 故计下周本人GC可以到手. 问可否为老婆申请紧急AP, 需什么材料?
-Yes, of course. Bring her passport, two photos, the emergency evidence (such as email, fax, translate to English by yourself if it is in Chinese), AP application receipt, and I-485 receipt. No fee needed to pay.
