Thanks very much for your active response. Now my company still think I am in H1-B. If I go back to China next year, what will be the documents needed for the travel and visa application.
-The H1 approval notice, copy of H1 application materials (e.g. I-129), letter of your employer indicating your tilte, emloyerment start date, salary, responsibility, etc., passport.
