One more question, I plan to go back China visiting in Jan. The new company is pushing me to start with them at the end of December. I am afraid it posts risk for my re-entry visa application in BJ.

The question is what paper work must be done by the new company before I leave for China, so I won't have any problem of getting a re-entry H1B visa back.

I am just making things complicated - but vacation is set, can not change.
