请教皮匠和各位

我和妻子已经在今年11月18结婚，她2月准备签H4过来，我们准备3月递485。我们的结婚证书没有在国内公证，准备在递485之前在美国再领一个英文版的，就用这个交485，可以吗？　

H4可以申请SSN吗?thanks
