I checked her receipt # online but I found still under intial review. Her H1B is going to expire soon. We are wondering if her company takes her stamped passport.
-She has been offered a lawful permanent residency and thus, her h1 status has been automatically invalid. So, no more H1 is concerned with. She just needs to renew the I-551 stamp before it expires if she can not receive the physical card yet.
