有绿卡,在中国工作7-9个月, 在美国工作3-5, 每年来回两次,每次约在美国1-3个月,请问我是否仍需要申请回美证吗
-If you do that for several times, USCIS may consider that you do not have the intent to live in US permanently. So, you had better get the reentry permit.
