18号收到email,Approval Notice was sent out.但到现在信还没收到，需要给USCIS打电话吗？
-Not need. USCIS may not send it to you anymore because they have sent you the card and the Welcome Notice. Actually that Approval Notice is useless to you and you just keep the letter which is along with your card for future green card renewal.

19 号已收到卡和Wellcome Notice信.
