Sorry,I mean you can not claim non-resident alien benefit if you get the green card. If you have got your green card, you have to file income tax using resident-alien forms (e.g. Form 1040, etc.) the same as US citizen. If you use non-resident form (e.g. 1040 NR), you will have big problem once USCIS find it out someday, whether you believe or not (you can go to USCIS website to find the green card holder's responsibilities).
