applying for AP

We are going to apply for APs for our China visit next March. Our I485 are pending now. I have my H1B extended several month ago, and my hu*****and is using EAD, my daughter also has a H4.

Do we need to enclose a copy of H1B, EAD and H4 in each of our application package? Or just including I485 receipt notice with passport, photo and check are enough? Thanks for your answer in advance.
