PJiang and others, please help!

I submitted my I140 application in 2007 and got approved in 2008. But today, I received an email from USCIS and it said "Current Status: We mailed you an amended notice". I am sort of nerves now and wondering what that could be? I checked the online statues and it is "acceptance". Anybody knows what happens here? Thank you so very much for any responses!
