LD的140递了，但485还没递，现在以H4在中国申请签证，但156表上问 Has Anyone Ever Filed an immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf? 这应该是yes还是no呀？
-Your spouse's I-140 or/and I-485 filing is irrelevant to you. So, just say "No" to this question.

要是485递了呢？
-If you have filed your I-485, you have to say "Yes" to this question.
