My father has got the so called delusional disorder not because he is old but because he had been misguided by some mi*****eliefs about god, about the future of the world and human beings, plus he had has insomnia for a long time.

Another question: To apply for the Medi-Cal, the social worker asks me to write a letter claiming that my father is living with me, and I am responsible for his food and board (not charging him for the living expenses). Will such a statement be consiered as a reason in future that I should also be responsible for his medical expenses too? I have to meet the social worker around 1 pm today.
