境外申请父母绿卡期间，父母可以在绿卡批准前来美探亲吗？怎样才能让父母在挺长的等待期间来美探亲？
-Yes. But the problem is it is very difficult/impossible for them to get a non-immigration visa (e.g. B2) to enter U.S. because of their immigration intent.
